Privacy
Timepico is a task-planning and time-tracking service operated by Practical Assembly, Inc. We are responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect and why
- Waitlist and support: your email address and messages, so we can respond and tell you about access to Timepico.
- Account: sign-in and profile information, so we can identify your account and keep it secure.
- Your workspace: tasks, notes, calendar commitments, plans, tags, settings, and time records, so Timepico can save and manage your work.
- Technical information: information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as connection and device information. Cookies remember your session and calendar preferences.
We use personal information to run Timepico, resolve problems, and prevent abuse. When we reuse content or usage data for product improvement or training, we use only anonymized data as described below.
AI and improving Timepico
We will not sell or license your data to others for AI training.
Providing AI features
To deliver AI features, we may send relevant tasks, notes, calendar information, and other workspace context to third-party AI inference providers. This content may contain personal information; it is not necessarily anonymous. We limit what we send to what the feature needs.
These providers process content to generate responses for Timepico. We do not permit them to use your inputs or outputs to train their own models. We will explain this processing before you use the relevant features.
Improving and training Timepico
We plan to improve Timepico, including its AI models, using only anonymized content and usage data. Before data enters a product-improvement or training dataset, we remove identifying details—including details inside tasks, notes, and feedback—and assess whether the remaining information could reasonably identify you or someone else. Removing names or replacing an account ID is not enough. If we cannot reliably anonymize it, we exclude it. We do not try to re-identify people from these datasets.
Anonymized training data is used only to improve Timepico, not sold or licensed as a dataset to others.
Please avoid entering passwords, payment-card details, sensitive health information, or other people’s confidential information. This request does not remove our responsibility to protect the personal information you give us.
Who receives information
We use service providers for hosting and storage, sign-in, and email delivery. Waitlist signups also reach our operator’s email inbox. AI inference providers also receive relevant workspace content as described above. Providers receive the information needed for their work. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security threats, or threats to people’s safety.
If Timepico or the business operating it is acquired, merged, or sold, information may transfer with it. The recipient must respect this policy, including its training and anonymization commitments, and applicable privacy law. A change of ownership does not itself permit new uses of your information. We will provide required notices and obtain consent where required.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for the purposes above, then delete it unless a legal or security obligation requires retention.
Contact us to leave the waitlist or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to a portable copy, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity.
Changes
We will update this page and notify you of significant changes before they take effect. A policy update alone does not authorize a new use of previously collected information where consent is required.
