Waitlist and preview

Joining the waitlist and trying the public preview are free. Neither starts a paid subscription. Timepico is delivered online; no physical goods are shipped.

Managing paid subscriptions

When paid subscriptions launch, you will be able to open Manage billing in Timepico to access Stripe’s customer portal, manage your subscription and payment details, or cancel your subscription. You will not need to contact support to cancel.

Deleting the app or closing a browser does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion is separate; contact us if you want your account and personal information removed.

Refunds

We will publish refund eligibility and cancellation timing before accepting payments. To request a refund or question a charge, email us with your account email and receipt reference. Do not send full card details.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or cancellation rights required by law, or your right to contact your payment provider about a disputed charge.
