Timepico is operated by Practical Assembly, Inc. These terms cover your use of our task-planning and time-tracking service.

Using Timepico

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your account secure and use Timepico lawfully. Do not access other people’s accounts, disrupt the service, or upload content you have no right to use.

Your content

Your content remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it to provide Timepico. Reuse for product improvement or AI training is limited to anonymized data, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or license your data to others for AI training. This permission does not replace consent required by privacy law.

Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive information that the service is not designed to handle. You remain responsible for your decisions and for checking any automated suggestions.

Access and payment

Joining the waitlist does not purchase access or guarantee a launch date. A preview is for trying the product; it may not save your changes.

Cancellation and refunds are explained in our Refunds and cancellation policy. Any trial or promotion will state its conditions before you join.

Availability and ending access

We aim to keep Timepico useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free suggestions. Keep a separate copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

You may stop using Timepico at any time. Ending a subscription and deleting an account are separate requests. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you a way to contact us.

If we discontinue a paid service, we will notify affected customers and refund prepaid access we cannot provide.

Responsibility and changes

Nothing here removes consumer rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

We may transfer these terms with a sale or acquisition of Timepico; your existing rights and our privacy commitments still apply. We will notify you of significant changes to these terms before they take effect and obtain agreement where required.
